Cadence Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cadence ("we", "us") handles information when you use Cadence at pmcadence.app. We've designed Cadence to collect as little personal data as possible.
1. Your project data stays in your browser
The Cadence tools run entirely in your browser. The information you type into them (project names, statuses, risks, etc.) is saved only to your browser's local storage on your device and is used to generate documents you export. We do not transmit, receive or store your project data on our servers. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
2. Information we do collect
- Email address (optional): if you submit an email to unlock free downloads or to subscribe, your email is sent to our email provider, MailerLite, so we can deliver the resource and occasional product tips. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
- Purchase information: if you buy Cadence, the checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). They collect the details needed to process your order and issue your licence key. We receive order/licence information from them but not your payment-card details.
- Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, may process technical data such as IP address and request metadata to serve the site securely and prevent abuse.
3. Cookies & tracking
Cadence does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The tools use your browser's local storage (not cookies) to remember your inputs and whether you've unlocked downloads on this device.
4. Third-party processors
We share the limited data above only with the providers that make the Service work:
- Lemon Squeezy — payments, checkout, licensing.
- MailerLite — email delivery (only if you opt in).
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
5. Data retention
We keep email-subscriber data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Order records are retained by Lemon Squeezy as required for tax and accounting purposes.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you (your email subscription), and you can unsubscribe at any time. To make a request, email hello@pmcadence.app.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
