Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cadence (the "Service") at pmcadence.app, operated by Cadence ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Cadence is a set of browser-based tools that help project, program and delivery managers create and export delivery artefacts (status reports, RAID logs, steering-committee decks, dashboards and related documents). The tools run in your browser; you provide your own content and export the results.

2. Licence

On purchase you receive a licence to access and use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes. The Core and Pro tiers grant a single-user licence; the Team tier grants up to 10 users within one organisation. You may use the exported documents freely for your work.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the Service or your licence key;
• copy, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source of the tools to create a competing product;
• misrepresent the Service as your own product.

3. Pricing & payment

The Service is sold as a one-time purchase (Core S$39, Pro S$59, Team S$99), including lifetime access and updates to the tools you purchased. Prices are shown in SGD. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles the transaction, invoicing and applicable taxes. We do not receive or store your payment-card details.

4. Refunds & guarantee

The Service is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, so payments are not refundable for change of mind. You can evaluate it risk-free first via the free 1-Page Status Report Generator.

We do offer a works-as-described guarantee: if a tool is faulty or materially not as described and we can't put it right, we'll refund you. To request this, email us within 14 days of purchase describing the issue. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, and issuing a refund deactivates your licence key and ends your access to the Service. We may decline refund requests that are abusive or unrelated to a fault in the Service.

5. Updates & availability

We aim to keep the Service available and to ship improvements over time, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may modify or discontinue features. Because the tools run in your browser and your data is stored locally, we are not responsible for loss of locally-stored work.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code and content, is owned by Cadence and protected by applicable laws. Content you create with the tools remains yours.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service and any templates or guidance it provides are for general professional use and do not constitute professional, legal or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
